In June 2024, the Company acquired 100% of the share capital of Welding Inspeções, Engenharia e Análise de Materiais Ltda., dedicated to excellence in materials engineering through technical inspection services, computational modeling, and laboratory testing.
In September 2024, following approval from CADE and the Shareholders’ Assembly, the operation was completed, and the Company announced the successful acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Real Estruturas e Construções Ltda. This alliance will not only solidify our presence in the national market but also expand our opportunities for growth and innovation.
